How To Use Shaw Webmail on your mobile device ?
Shaw Webmail is a convenient way to access your Shaw email accounts on any mobile device. To read, send, and manage your email, all you need is a secure internet connection and a mobile web browser.
To send an email using Shaw Webmail on your mobile device:
- Open a web browser on your mobile device.
- Log in using your email address and password.
- Tap the envelope icon to open your inbox.
- Tap Compose.
- Tap the To field and enter the recipient’s email address.
- Tap the Subject field and enter a subject line.
- Tap the email message field and write your email.
- Tap Send to send your email or Save to save a draft.
You can view your drafts and sent messages by returning to the inbox and tapping the Folders link beneath the top row of icons.

To get acces to the Shaw webmail you need login credentials. If you don’t want to use the webmail in a browser. You can use alternate programs like Outlook or Apple Mail. For these programs you need different settings. You can find the IMAP, POP3 and outgoing SMTP setting below.

How to change your Shaw Email Password ?
The only way to change a Shaw email password is by logging into My Shaw using a primary Shaw ID. My Shaw is the self-serve customer portal where you can manage your Shaw services, including all of the email addresses connected to your Shaw account.
Keep in mind the passwords for your Shaw Webmail and Shaw ID may be different depending on how you set them up, even if you used a Shaw email for your Shaw ID, as Shaw Webmail & My Shaw are separate services. Ooma
If you have a Shaw ID but don’t know the password, you can reset your Shaw ID password.
Clicking forgot password on the My Shaw portal login screen will lead to changing your Shaw ID password, not your Shaw email password.
Secondary Shaw IDs (belonging to others in the household) cannot be used to manage Shaw Webmail passwords. When you have your primary Shaw ID and password, continue with the steps below.
To change your password, the first step is to log in to My Shaw. You can do this using the My Shaw app (Apple App Store | Google Play Store) or the My Shaw website (my.shaw.ca).

- Tap Shaw Email Accounts.
- Tap the email address you want to update.
- Tap Change Password.
- Enter a new password.
- Tap Save.
On the My Shaw website:
If you use the website at a smaller screen or window size, menu options may be hidden. Click the ☰ symbol in the top left corner of the screen to find and select them.
Go to my.shaw.ca. Log in to My Shaw using your Shaw ID and password.
Hover over My Services at the top of the page, and click Internet.
Scroll down to Email Accounts and click Edit next to your email address.
Enter a new password in the New email password field.
Click Update.
