The Allegheny Health Network (AHN Mychart) is the leading provider of health care services in Western Pennsylvania. We are a not-for-profit, integrated regional healthcare system with more than 8,000 employees and over 70 sites of care. Our organization includes hospitals, physician offices, long-term acute care facilities, home health agencies, and many other medical service providers throughout our region.
AHN MyChart is the convenient, confidential way to manage all aspects of your health care online. Allegheny Health Network MyChart is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from any computer with internet access plus your smartphone via the AHN MyChart Mobile App or by calling 1-800-866-7277 and asking for extension 6400.
Please note that there may be additional charges when using your cell phone to connect to MyChart. For this reason, we recommend using a personal device such as an iPhone or blackberry in order to avoid these costly fees.
To pay your AHN MyChart bill, click on the “Billing/Payments” tab at the top of the page. You will be directed to the “Payments” page, which will allow you to make a payment by check or card. NYS Child Support Login
How to Register AHN Mychart?
Allegheny Health Network Mychart also allows you to find hospitals and other providers close to you while on the go. You can also keep up with what’s happening at AHN by reading news releases and accessing live or recorded webcasts that we offer. To register for MyChart, please create a new account by following these steps:
- Go to mychart.ahn.org
- Register for a new account
- Once you have created an account, click on “MyChart” and complete the questions about your healthcare history and current health conditions
- Within 24 hours, your primary care provider will be notified that you have set up MyChart

AHN MyChart does not replace or change how you normally schedule appointments with your primary care provider or communicate via email; those aspects of health care service have not changed and continued as normal. The key difference in AHN MyChart is that it provides your doctor with a near-instantaneous method of accessing more detailed data about you: medications, allergies, past infections/illnesses/surgeries, family history (and if applicable) pregnancy record, etc. Most importantly AHN MyChart gives patients access to their own health records, so they can be proactive in managing their family’s health.

The AHN myChart app provides patients with an alternative way to manage their health care. The app is designed for patients for the convenience and accessibility of easy-to-read information about their health. Through this app, you will have access to your personal information as well as your contacts, medical records, medications, allergies, insurance, and more.

All Allegheny Health Network MyChart users also have access to the AHN MyChart Customer Service team who can be reached by phone or email (email@example.com). The AHN MyChart Customer Service team is available Monday through Friday from 7 am to 7 pm EST. To activate your account, you will need to use the activation code provided in your confirmation email.
