ATT HR One Stop
The AT&T HR Access portal is one of the many tools for accessing the information on benefits, pay, and other important company topics. It is available to all employees through the HrOneStop platform.
There are many login requirements that are in place to ensure the security of the portal. ATT Hr One Stop Employees may be required to enter their username and password for this area of AT & T’s website. Additionally, you may be required to change your default settings to access certain features within this section of the portal.
For security purposes, we recommend changing passwords every 30 days or so for HrOneStop.com.
After logging into the HrOneStop portal for the first time, change your default settings by clicking on “Account Settings.” Clicking here takes you to the Personal Information Preferences page which shows some of the preferences that employees have chosen when they set up their accounts. How to Login ATT Hr One Stop employee portal?
- Click on “My Profile” in the top right corner of your screen
- Enter your username (typically your e-mail address) and password
- If you have forgotten or never set up a user name and password before, click “Forgot my Username?” or “Create an Account” to continue
If you forgot your username, enter the email address associated with your HrOneStop account.
Enter a new password for this account in both fields and click “Change Password” below. This will create an ATT Hr One Stop Employee Portal account where you can access your benefits information and more. For security purposes, we recommend changing passwords every 30 days or so. Womply Login

How to login into ATT HR Access for Active Employees?
Active employees working under AT&T HrOneStop can log in to their online work account using ATTUID and the Global Login Password. Do note that employees on a short-term disability, leaves of absence, or suspension also have access as active employees. There are different modes of logging in, with an example being: To access your AT&T HR Access account, visit the AT&T HR Access portal at https://hraccess.att.com/.
Logging onto the ATT HrOneStop employee portal is a necessary part of being an employee. You can log in to your account with one of four methods:
Log in with your ATTUID and Global Logon password, which are personalized unique identifiers for accessing business information like benefits and HR documents online.
Use a mobile key by clicking on the dropdown menu option and then selecting ‘mobile key’ where you enable the toggle first then enter your UserID and passcode from your phone.
- Enterprise HrOneStop login credentials such as O365 or G Suite username and password combination
- use personal credentials like email address and password
- Users who want to log in using RSA SecurID Token, click on the drop-down menu and select ‘RSA SecurID Token.’ Enable the toggle. Enter your User ID as well as the token pin and token display that appears on your physical device. Accessing SafeNet or MTIPS will require additional steps that are not covered in this help article.
To log in, you must enter your username and password.
ATT HR Access for Retired/Former Employees & Dependents

Retired employees, former employees, and dependent children can access AT&T HR Access through the following sign-in process:
Visit the AT&T HR Access portal at www.hraccess.att.com.
Click the ‘Login’ option below the ‘Retiree, Former Employee, or Dependent’ section.
On the login page, enter your ATTUID and Global Login Password.
If you want to log in using tokens or a mobile key, the procedure is identical for active employees: Simply refer back to Section 3 of this document if you need clarification on how tokens work (note: there are no additional steps when logging in with a mobile key).
How to retrieve or reset your password if you have forgotten it.
For active employees, if you have forgotten your login credentials contact HR or the HR management for help. Non-active employees cannot use this process and should email their request for a password reset to Employeeservice@att.com

Visit the ATT HR Access portal at hraccess.att.com
Click on the ‘Forgot Username’ option
Enter first name, last name, email address, mobile number and date of birth in the required fields and click ‘Submit’ to retrieve your username.

Visit the AT&T HR Access portal at hraccess.att.com
Click on the ‘Forgot Password’ option
Enter username (note that you may need to enter this again when prompted), secret question, answer and click submit to reset password.
What if I forget my username or password and don’t have a backup login?
In the event that you lose both of these credentials, it will take 48 hours to reset them for you. You can call customer service at (800) 222-0204 in order to get this done! They will send instructions on how to create an account with social media login information so that we can help out as soon as possible
